Tindles Joins Forces with Robson Laidler
Sep. 22, 2025, 3:49pmA few months ago, Tindles Chartered Accountants became part of the Robson Laidler Group and in a move that marks the start of an exciting new chapter for our firm and, most importantly, for you as our valued clients.
After 25 successful years serving businesses and individuals across Teesside, we were acquired by Robson Laidler – an award-winning accountancy and advisory firm with over 100 years of history and offices in Newcastle and Durham. This strategic move was made to enhance the support and services we provide to you, while building on the strong reputation and trusted client relationships that Tindles is known for.
Since the acquisition, it’s been business as usual at Tindles. We continue to operate from our Medway House office in Teesdale Business Park, with the same dedicated team of 20 staff remaining in place to support you.

Rob Tindle, founder of Tindles, will remain involved to help guide the integration of both firms. Director Angela Foster will also continue to lead the Teesside office, now working closely with Robson Laidler’s co-managing directors Amy Park and Nick Wilson, and their experienced leadership team.
