2015 North East Accountancy Awards
Jul. 26, 2015, 9:33amMy first duty as President of the Northern Society of Chartered Accountants was to present the award for Accountancy Firm of the Year at the North East Accountancy Awards.
The 9th North East Accountancy Awards took pace on Thursday 25th June 
2015. I was honoured to present the Accountancy Firm of the Year award on behalf of both the ICAEW and also the Northern Society of Chartered Accountants.
The award is for an Accountancy firm in the North East with more than 50 staff, which has enjoyed an exceptional year and can demonstrate outstanding achievements.
My congratulations go to the winning firm on the night – Deloitte.
The photos are testament to my ability to be serious when needed, but also that I haven’t (contrary to those rumours) had hair implant treatments, despite my advancing years!
