What: Rob Tindle hosted the Summer 2016 Tees Valley General Practitioner Group meeting in his capacity as Chair with guest speaker Iain Wright, MP for Hartlepool and Chair of the Business, Innovation and Skills Select Committee (BIS).
Iain gave a candid talk about his work as Chair of BIS and his recent cross questioning of Sir Philip Green (BHS) and Mike Ashley (Sports Direct).
Rob commented that “it was great to hear from Iain again (a fellow Chartered Accountant)” although, Rob felt Iain had been “harsh on the ‘lovely’ Mr Ashley”!
