Why Tindles?
Tindle’s LLP is a firm founded by Rob Tindle and Angela Foster. Rob has an in-depth knowledge of accounting and a substantial range of business experience spanning some 30 years. Tindle’s LLP is a small team of highly qualified and experienced accountants and business advisers who specialise primarily in providing business advice and professional accountancy services, on a high quality cost effective basis.
Our Client Base
Our attitude and culture since inception (which is perhaps somewhat unique and not in line with other accountancy firms of our size) has been to focus our attention on a smaller number of entrepreneurial clients and niche market organisations.
This approach has allowed us to concentrate our efforts on meeting our clients’ needs and assisting with the development of their organisation by providing proactive, timely and effective support.
We advise a wide range of owner managed SME businesses throughout the UK, with typical turnover between £1m and £30m. In addition we also act for a range of charitable and ‘not for profit’ organisations.
Our Communication Skills
We pride ourselves on being a ‘forward thinking’ firm who are more than accounting specialists. Our approach of developing our client base around a smaller number of entrepreneurial clients, allows us to heavily invest our time in our clients’ needs. Our attention to detail not only separates us from the rest, but also allows us to build strong, long standing relationships with our clients.
We actively engage in regular communication with our clients, augmenting board and project progress meetings. Frequent communication allows us to obtain an understanding of our clients’ business needs, and therefore provide support and expertise in all areas of business advice on a timely and cost effective basis.
Our Team of Professionals
Our team comprises staff from a wide range of backgrounds, and includes a number of specialists from tax to audit, to payroll and Sage optimisation. Our expertise in a number of specialist areas allows us to provide the services our clients actually need, when they need them.
We have a policy of recruiting either graduates or A level students who have demonstrated academic excellence. They also need to display personal qualities not always associated with accountants, and commitment to providing a top quality commercial service.

Our objective is to continue to provide a full range of services to our existing client base whilst extending that offer to new clients. We will also continue to add members to the team we believe can not only meet, but also exceed the exacting standards set by the firm and the current team.
