Our People

A key objective of ours is to build long standing relationships with our clients; we see this as a key factor in contributing to their continued success. As we have a low staff turnover rate you can expect to work with the same people year after year.

The mix of technical knowledge, experience and commitment of our team allows us to provide the best results and support services for our client base. The committed work ethos and skill base of our team enables us to provide ‘big firm’ services and tailored expertise to all of our clients, but with individuality, care and with a personal touch.

A distinctive feature of our team is that all members are either qualified or in the process of obtaining their accountancy qualifications.

This investment in our people and our approach to the provision of high quality, personal and tailored services to our clients, we believe makes us unique.

Rob Tindle

Rob Tindle BA (Hons) FCA
Partner

A Chartered Accountant, Rob trained with a ‘big 4’ firm in Newcastle after graduating from University, before moving to a small firm to gain experience in the ‘nuts and bolts’ of accountancy. This period also coincided with an involvement in the production of Financial Projections (originally before computers!).

In 1990 Tindles was established with the philosophy of providing to clients a service that they wanted, not one which was imposed by Companies Acts or tax legislation. As a result Tindles now works with many entrepreneurial and interesting clients and Rob is the primary contact for the delivery of our business advisory services.

Outside the office, Rob’s experience also includes being a former Rotary Club President, a current Governor of Teesside High School, and a member various committees of the Northern Society of Chartered Accountants. In addition he is a member of the ICAEW’s Audit Registration Committee which is responsible for the governance of audit firms.

Interests include family, skiing, football (Newcastle!), flying, and current affairs.
